Meditation is the means and the method of not just a calm mind, but an expanded consciousness. An established meditation practice is an essential part of being happy, stress free. Come to enjoy a full weekend based on meditation and improve your practice, or if you are a beginner come to start your firsts step towards a more fulfilling life!

 

Friday

4:00-4:30 Arrival

4:30-5:30 Tour and Introductory Q and A

5:30 Yogi Dinner

6:15-7:15 Meditation Introduction 

8:00 Retire

Saturday

8:30-10:30 Yoga intensive on Hatha Yoga

11:00 Yogi Brunch

11:30-12:30 Karma Yoga or Optional Nadi Vaidyum Therapy* (Ultimate health and well-being system)

12:30-1:30 Shower/Reading time

2:00-3:00  Pradakshina (walking meditation) or Optional Nadi Vaidyum Therapy* (Ultimate health and well-being system)

3:30-5:00 Yoga intensive on Meditation

5:30-6:00 Yogi dinner

6:15-7:00 Karma Yoga

7:00-8:50 Shower/Reading time

9:00-10:00 Evening meditation

Sunday

8:30-10:30 Yoga intensive Hatha Yoga

11:00 Yogi Brunch

11:30-12:15 Puja (worship) at Bhagavan Vashi Baba’s Temple - Shiva Loka

12:30-1:30 Shower/Reading time

3:30-5:00 Yoga intensive on Hatha Yoga (open to the public)
