This information allows us to give you advice on travel times and the best route to the hermitage.
i.e., medications, injuries (past or present), nervous or psycological disorders, anxiety, depression, panic syndrom, bug phobia, etc.
This list will help us to provide your meals based on your restrictions. If we do not have this important information we won't be able to avoid serving meals with ingredients that you eventually would not be able to ingest. Remember, this includes any kind of sugar intolerance. We only have in our kitchen natural sources of sugar, which includes maple syrup, coconut sugar, whole sugar cane, etc. Please, let us know if you do not consume these ingredients. Thank you!

The basic program of a Personal Yoga Retreat includes: two 2.5 hs yoga classes (not private), one 45 min Meditation Class, and two 1h walking meditation. If you are looking for more, we have more! Optional activities are intended, specially, to assist you in getting deeper into your yoga practice and your health state. We will help you to stablish a stronger practice, a stable and efficient healing process, intensifing mind-body relaxation and rejuvanation, all based in ancient yogic physiological and energetic natural way. Choose bellow the activities you want to add to your schedule.
