Manu Lescault, PhD

Manu Lescault, PhD is a health consultant, certified yoga instructor, Indian martial arts instructor, certified plant based chef, and natural fitness trainer.

Dr. Manu grew up and fulfilled his higher education at a secluded, off-grid Yoga hermitage deep in the mountains of Northern Maine. Surrounded by spruce and pine forests he was removed from the distractions that typically afflict modern youth and devoted himself to become a healer at a young age. It began in a one room school house where he studied Vedic mathematics, yogic sciences, biology and how the human body worked according to natural. The most profound of these laws being that given the proper support the body and mind can and will always self heal. Motivated by this understanding he sought his own experiences of ultimate health through choosing to be a whole-foods, plant based vegan with no consumption of processed foods or sweeteners at only 14 years old. In 2019 his daily practice of Yoga and meditation developed into the addition of rigorous martial arts study and training with his Guru and Master Bhagavan VaShi Baba. He earned his PhD in Natural Health Education and has built is career around helping others. In between training sessions and reading books on natural health he applies his immense training and skills in the kitchen to feed the residents and guests at Sat Manav Yoga Ashram. For Dr. Manu the remedies he recommends come from principles that he has passionately lived, ardently studied and adopted into his own life, since he was just a boy.
