Weeklong Healing / Yoga Retreat
We are honored to invite you into our immersive Healing Retreat experience. Through direct participation and guided learning, you will gain the understanding and practical tools needed to prevent—or begin reversing—chronic illness for yourself and those you love.
For one full week, you will be supported by an experienced yogic staff who live the lifestyle they teach. This is not simply knowledge—it is a way of living. You will be immersed in nourishing food, daily movement, breathwork, meditation, and restorative rhythms that reflect the principles of Sat Manav Yoga Ashram.
Your retreat experience includes:
Over 12 hours of yoga, therapeutic exercise, and breathwork for physical vitality and stress reduction, guided by instructors with more than 20 years of practice
Three whole-food, plant-based, heart-supportive meals daily, plus semi-private cooking classes led by certified chefs
