Reading & Watching Recommendations
Please note that as a still largely oral tradition there is little written about the Sat Manav lineage of Yoga that has been translated into English. None of these books should be taken as a representation of our exact teachings. In some cases they even state things that we do not practice or follow. This selection is the best of what is available written in a manner that will help you become familiar with the true breadth and depth of Yoga and some aspects of our tradition.
We recommend these titles with the intention of giving you tools to further the teachings and conversations you have had with us, not as standalone teaching tools or aids.
We look forward to the many conversations your deeper dive into the study of Yoga inspires!
