Every care is taken in our retreat cabins to give you the ideal yogic and relaxing experience. Being off-grid allows you to connect to the life-giving resources of nature and release into the moment, free of electronic distractions. For more details click here.

2 hour morning Yoga intensive, perfect for all levels - daily
30 minute traditional Yogic Dhuni “fire ceremony” - daily
1 hour afternoon Yogic philosophy discourse and discussion - daily
Guided walking meditation session - daily
45 minute evening meditation class - daily
Join our group evening meditation from 8-9 p.m. (optional)
Evening wood fired sauna session (one included, additional sessions available)

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our guests amazing, whole-food, plant-based fare, all while applying the life-enhancing principles of Yoga, the first one being AHIMSA, or non-violence. Our food cannot produce avoidable harm on the planet and our bodies if we wish to live fulfilled lives! Our meals are vegan, 95% organic, local whenever possible and prepared with much love and devotion to LIFE!
