Maine YogaFest (MYF) is Maine's premiere yoga festival offering a variety of yoga workshops across multiple styles. Taught by local and New England teachers, we gather to practice together and celebrate all that yoga is and does for us, physically, mentally and spiritually! Experience a weekend of community! Meet new teachers and fellow yogis, try a new yoga style, listen to live music, and explore our amazing vendor and healing village. It's a festival!"

We're very excited for our third year joining this wonderful Maine event. We will be leading workshops, kirtan (live Yogi music) offering massage, healing consultations, traditional henna tattoos, yogic fare and a chance for you to learn about Maine's only Yoga Ashram!
