  • Prenatal Yoga

    I bring more than 25 years of dedicated yoga practice and teaching to my work with mothers. I maintained a full yoga practice throughout each of my four pregnancies, and I draw on this lived experience to guide women safely through the physical and energetic changes of pregnancy and recovery.

    Prenatal and postnatal yoga support a healthy pregnancy, ease in birth, and steady postpartum healing. As the body changes, a consistent yoga practice helps maintain strength, balance, circulation, and mobility. Gentle, appropriate asana support the spine and pelvis, encourage healthy blood flow to mother and baby, create space within the abdomen, and help regulate digestion and mood.

    Pranayama (breath practices) support mental steadiness and nervous system balance throughout pregnancy. As the diaphragm and ribcage adapt to the growing uterus, conscious breathing helps maintain comfortable respiration, improve oxygenation, and prepare for the demands of labo

  • Prenatal Nutrition Guidance

    One of the first ways you care for your child is through your own nourishment. Adequate, well-digested nutrition during pregnancy is essential for both maternal wellbeing and healthy fetal development. If nutrients are not being processed and absorbed efficiently, simply increasing calories does not provide the support the body truly needs.

    Meeting the needs of both yourself and your baby can be challenging at different stages of pregnancy. The first trimester may bring nausea or reduced appetite, while in the later months it can be difficult to eat comfortably as space becomes limited.

    Individualized nutritional guidance helps you adapt to these changing needs so you remain well nourished, steady in energy, and prepared for birth

  • Prenatal Massage

    Massage during the second and third trimesters can be deeply beneficial for both mother and baby. I offer gentle, full-body prenatal massage using warm herbal oils to ease muscular tension, support circulation, and promote relaxation during this time of physical and emotional change.

    Sessions are carefully adapted to each stage of pregnancy. With the support of specialized prenatal cushions, many clients can comfortably receive massage face-down even as the belly grows. When needed, I also work in a safe side-lying position to ensure comfort and ease.

    Prenatal massage may help reduce back, hip, and leg discomfort, ease swelling, calm the nervous system, and support restful sleep, while creating quiet space to connect with the changing body and the growing baby.
