Blueberry Mint Smoothie
Blueberries, bananas, cacao and dates with a hint of fresh mint make this smoothie a great treat for breakfast or snack!

Ingredients
Use either fresh or frozen bananas or blueberries—it’s best for at least one of these to be frozen.
4 bananas
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
4 medjul dates, soaked and pitted
1 tsp cacao
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, diced
1 cup water
Instructions
Place everything in a blender and blend on high for 2 minutes.
Reduce speed to low for additional 2 minutes or until creamy and smooth.
