Blueberry Mint Smoothie

Blueberries, bananas, cacao and dates with a hint of fresh mint make this smoothie a great treat for breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

Use either fresh or frozen bananas or blueberries—it’s best for at least one of these to be frozen.

  • 4 bananas

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

  • 4 medjul dates, soaked and pitted

  • 1 tsp cacao

  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, diced

  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Place everything in a blender and blend on high for 2 minutes.

  • Reduce speed to low for additional 2 minutes or until creamy and smooth.
