Indoor slippers/shoes (no outdoor shoes inside)
Comfortable, modest clothing (natural fibers preferred; pack season appropriate layers)
Sandals/flip-flops/water shoes (for bathing/sauna)
Headlamp or flashlight (required; we do not have outdoor lighting and there is considerable walking between buildings)
Umbrella/raincoat
Journal/notebook
UNSCENTED biodegradable toiletries
Bathrobe (optional/suggested) & bathing suit (required for sauna)
Water bottle (highly recommended)
Travel tea mug/thermos (optional)
Meditation shawl (highly recommended)
Meditation cushion (if you prefer your own)
Yoga mat (bring your own; some available to borrow if you are flying in)
Black tea (if sensitive to no caffeine)
Ear plugs & eye mask (if a sensitive sleeper)
Enough clothing for the duration of your stay (no onsite laundry)

Warm, waterproof boots with good traction
Ice cleats/micro spikes (Required if conditions are icy. Contact us.)
Slip-on boots (helpful for in/out use)
