The main intention of all our retreats is to assist in the establishment or deepening of a daily practice for all who join us. Through daily focused attention you can reach a state of fulfillment, becoming a beneficial part of humanity. Enjoy complete instruction in Hatha Yoga, meditation, and more through study of the 12 Principles of Sat Manav Yoga . Experience it all! With perfect assembly and a comprehensive overview of each topic, your Yoga or spiritual practice will be deepened!

 

Friday

4:00-4:30 Arrival

4:30-5:30 Tour and Introductory Q and A

5:30 Yogi Dinner

6:30-7:30 Optional: Meditation Introduction 

8:00 Retire

Saturday

9:15-11:15 Asana Intensive- Emphasis on the physical postures of Yoga

11:30 Lunch- Vegan Yogic Cuisine

12:15 Shiva Loka Puja- A ceremony honoring our inner divinity

1:00-2:15 Sat Manav Yoga Philosophy Talk

2:30-3:15 Yagya Fire Ceremony and Chai

3:15-3:45 Pradakshina (Walking meditation)

4:00-5:15 Meditation and Pranayam (breathing practices) Intensive

5:30 Dinner- Vegan Yogic Cuisine

6:15 Kirtan- Live Yogi Music!

7:15 Shakti Puja followed by short meditation

8:00 The End... 

Sunday

8:30-10:30 Yoga intensive Hatha Yoga

11:00 Yogi Brunch

11:30-12:15 Puja (worship) at Bhagavan Vashi Baba’s Temple - Shiva Loka

12:30-1:30 Shower/Reading time

2:00-3:00 Pradakshina (walking meditation) or Optional Nadi Vaidyum Therapy* (Ultimate health and well-being system)

3:30-5:00 Yoga intensive on Hatha Yoga (open to the public)

5:30-6:00 Yogi dinner

6:15 Depart
